Invisalign Clear Aligners

Invisalign clear aligners are a cutting-edge option for orthodontic treatment. Invisalign offers a virtually invisible alternative to braces for aligning your bite and straightening your smile. Treatment with Invisalign involves a series of removable clear aligners precisely made from smooth, BPA-free, clear plastic. The number of aligners depends on your treatment plan and varies from patient to patient.

Invisalign clear aligners are worn for 22 hours a day and are only removed to eat, drink or brush your teeth. Patients treated with Invisalign are given multiple sets at a time to take home and change on the schedule we prescribe. Typically, each aligner is worn for about a week before progressing to the next set. This allows for fewer appointments in our office.

The Benefits are Clear:

smalltooth Aesthetics - Invisalign offers a discreet, nearly invisible, option for orthodontic
treatment. You will be able to achieve movement without anyone noticing you are even
in treatment.

smalltooth Oral Hygiene - Invisalign clear aligners are removable, unlike braces, which means
patients can remove their aligners to brush and floss normally and treatment will not
interfere with your oral hygiene.

smalltooth No Food Restrictions - Want to enjoy popcorn? That’s not a problem with Invisalign.
Aligners are removed while eating or drinking meaning no food restrictions during
treatment.

smalltooth Comfort - The soft, flexible material that the aligners are made from slip over your teeth
and form a perfect fit, you’ll likely forget that they’re even in!

As an added benefit, aligners can help protect your teeth during treatment from excessive wear if you grind or clench your teeth.

Clear aligner technology has greatly improved over the years and can correct a variety of concerns and malocclusions that once would have been too complicated for this form of treatment. However, there are still some limitations or situations for which traditional braces would be a better approach.
